The Bone Witch series by Rin Chupeco. I am always talking about the excellency and beauty of this book and it deserves all the love.
ALWAYS GOING TO RECOMMEND
Descendant of the Crane by Joan He. A wonderful book which every fantasy lover must read because of its amazing story and riveting characters.
OWN IT BUT HAVEN’T READ IT YET
Empire of Sand by Tasha Suri. Shri (sunandchai) has been raving about this book on Twitter which has made me very excited to read this one.
WOULD READ AGAIN
Jade City by Fonda Lee. I love this book so much and with the second book rleeasing soon I am really inclined to read this one again.
IN ANOTHER WORLD
The world of Caraval is a beautiful and magical world and another big favourite of mine.
BACK ON EARTH
City of Brass by S.A.Chakraborty is a fantasy which starts in Cairo. It is then taken to Daevabad city.

I’m still waiting to read The Bone Witch series, have to beat my backlist a bit, but I am A HUGE FAN of DotC! I would hands down recommend that to anyone and everyone, and Jade City is next on my list to read for YARC, great list, this seems like a really fun tag!

I hadn’t seen this tag before, but I love it! DOTC is one of my favourite books ever, so seeing you recommend it makes me want to read every other book on this tag! Well, adding them to my tbr is a good first step. Let’s see if I get to reading them (if you had to choose between one of these books, one book I háve to read first, which would it be?)

I’ve read Jade City & Descendant of the Crane and loved them both so much ♥ I can’t wait to read Jade War! And I really want to read The Bone Witch, Empire of Sand and The City of Brass. I have so many great fantasy novels to look forward too apparently!

Literally all of these books are super high on my TBR hahaha! As a fantasy lover, I feel like such a fake because I haven’t read most popular adult fantasy yet. It’s because I primarily read ya and I’m scared to venturing outside of my age group, but the times that I have tried it have gone really well, so there’s really no reason why I haven’t read these books yet! I’m currently reading The Bone Witch though, but I haven’t touched it since May because I had to catch up on some arcs! I’m so excited to read it and its sequels so I can see what all the hype is about though!! Jade City also sounds super super good, especially because the author is Chinese like me, and ahh so many people rave about it and I will forever hate myself for seeing it on sale & deciding against buying it :((.
