Hii Guys!! The Christmas season has officially started and when I saw this amazing tag by Charleigh Writes , I just had to do it because what better to start off the season than a Harry Potter + Christmas book tag.
Rules.
- Please link Charleigh back with the post.
- You can’t choose a Harry Potter book for any of your answers.
- Tag however many people you wish.
- Most importantly, have fun!
It’s your first Christmas at Hogwarts. What’s one book you’ve asked for this year?
I think it’s Girls of Paper and Fire by Natasha Ngan. I have heard only great things about this book and with such a beautiful cover, it makes it one of my most anticipated reads.
You spot Hagrid hauling the Christmas tree through the grounds. What is the longest (or heaviest!) book you own?
A Court of Wings and Ruin with 600+ pages is one of the longest book I have.
It’s time for the famous Great Hall feast. What’s one book you can’t read without snacks?
I actually like reading all books with snacks especially some good contmporary reads which can help me relax and enjoy the book at the same time.
Well done, you’ve brewed your first Polyjuice potion. What’s one book you’d change the cover of?
Daughter of the Pirate King. I like the cover but its pretty simple and I don’t think it conveys the gist of the novel that well.
You receive a brand new Firebolt for Christmas. What’s one book you read super quickly?
Leah on the Offbeat is one of the books which I read in a day and I love it so much! It’s absolutely amazing and fun.
You join Harry for his first proper Christmas. What’s one book you’d love to receive this year?
The Wicked King by Holly Black is actually top of my list right now. So many people seemed to have read it and I am just really excited to read it.
You get hit by one of Fred and George’s flying snowballs. What’s a book you wanted to throw across the room?
All the ugly and wonderful things by Bryn Greenwood. I found it super cringey and finished it with the utmost difficulty and wanted to throw it across the room at more than one occassion.
You’ve just visted Hogsmeade for the first time. What’s one popular book you haven’t read yet?
Circe I think. It is pretty popular with such great reviews and hopefully I can read it soon.
Congraulations, you’ve been invited to the Yule Ball. What book about Christmas do you love?
Let it Snow was the perfect Christmas read and puts you right in the mood for the festivities.
You find Ron’s deluminator. What’s one book that’s helped you through some dark times?
Since I can’t say Harry Potter, I think Carry On by Rainbow Rowell is one of those books which always leaves me cheerful and helped me during the dark times.
This was a super fun Tag! You’ll should definitely do it. Link me back with your answers if you decide to do it:)
Until Next Time, HAPPY READING FOLKS!!
